1. Introduction
Welcome to GlassPatch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
GlassPatch provides mobile windshield repair services, including chip repair, crack repair, and rain repellant coating. We offer one-time services and subscription-based memberships.
2.1 One-Time Services: We provide individual repair services on a per-service basis.
2.2 Membership Services: Our 2-Year Membership provides unlimited chip repairs for the duration of the membership period, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
3.1 Scheduling: You may schedule appointments through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team.
3.2 Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in service restrictions.
3.3 Service Area: Our services are currently available in the Bay Area, California. Service availability is subject to your location within our service area.
4. Membership Terms
4.1 Duration: The 2-Year Membership is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
4.2 Coverage: The membership covers unlimited chip repairs for the registered vehicle(s). Additional vehicles may be added to the membership for an additional fee.
4.3 Limitations: The membership covers chip repairs only. Crack repairs, full replacements, and other services are not included and will be charged separately.
4.4 Transferability: Memberships are not transferable to other individuals or vehicles unless explicitly approved by GlassPatch.
5. Payment and Refunds
5.1 Payment: Payment is due at the time of service for one-time services. Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment.
5.2 Insurance: We work with most insurance providers. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance provider.
5.3 Refunds: One-time services are eligible for a refund if we are unable to perform the repair to your satisfaction. Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
6. Warranty
6.1 One-Time Services: Our one-time repairs come with a 3-month warranty against defects in workmanship.
6.2 Membership Services: Repairs performed under the membership are covered for the duration of the membership.
6.3 Limitations: The warranty does not cover new damage, damage resulting from accidents, or damage caused by improper care.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlassPatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
