Find answers to common questions about our services

How do I know if my windshield can be repaired?

Most chips and cracks under 6 inches can be repaired. The repair's success depends on the damage's size, depth, type, and location. Damage directly in the driver's line of sight may still be visible after repair. We'll assess your windshield and recommend the best solution.

How long does a windshield repair take?

A standard windshield chip repair takes about 30 minutes. Multiple chips or longer cracks may take up to an hour. The resin needs time to cure properly, which is included in this timeframe.

Is it safe to drive immediately after a repair?

Yes, you can drive immediately after a windshield repair. The resin cures quickly with our UV process, restoring structural integrity to your windshield. However, we recommend waiting 1 hour before washing your car or using automatic car washes.

Will my insurance cover windshield repair?

Most insurance companies cover windshield repairs at 100% with no deductible because it prevents them from having to pay for a more expensive replacement later. We work directly with all major insurance companies and can help you determine your coverage.

How does the 2-year membership work?

Our 2-year membership provides unlimited chip repairs for your vehicle during the subscription period. This includes all eligible chips and cracks, priority scheduling, and our signature rain repellant treatment. You can add multiple vehicles to your plan for an additional fee.
